The idea of Perfectly Prepped started in 2017 as a way for me and my boyfriend, Michael Ferry, to transition questionable eating habits to an affordable, clean eating routine. The goal was to design an efficient, convenient meal plan that was sustainable week-to-week. As Michael started taking his meals to work, a client base began to organically grow. Little did I know the concept would quickly blossom into a full-time business. My passion and drive for Perfectly Prepped is further intensified by my commitment to sobriety. Fast forward to 2019, and we have expanded from making meals in our apartment to a commercial kitchen with an experienced team. Our focus is for you to enjoy delicious meals without the prep.
Our culinary dietitian/chef has spent countless hours creating gourmet meals that pack a nutrition punch. At Perfectly Prepped, we believe that nutrition and taste have to be held to the same high standard in order for healthy dietary habits to be consistent.
